PASS REALITY offers a LONG-TERM (minimum 1 year) rental of a 2-room apartment in a stylish residential complex with an area of 42 m2 with a kitchen unit with built-in appliances (cooktop, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer) connected to a living room with TV, bedroom with large storage space, bathroom with shower unit and toilet. The elegant apartment is fully equipped so that you can rent and enjoy comfort and a wide range of additional SERVICES, which are not found in classic rentals. The possibility to use FITNESS is also possible for your comfort. In the summer, there is the possibility to relax by the outdoor POOL with sun loungers. The rent price includes monitored PARKING in front of the house, plus a surcharge in the GARAGE. For a higher price, it is possible to order regular cleaning and linen change services, taxi services, and hairdressing. Next to the 24-hour reception are a RESTAURANT and CAFE with the possibility of pleasant seating also on the TERRACE by the POOL and in the atrium. High-speed INTERNET is available throughout the property. The apartment can also serve as a business headquarters (tax deductible cost) and can be set up as an OFFICE. Its attractive location provides a quiet area with direct access to the Danube river, nearby public transport stop, and direct connection to the city highway and transport arteries leading to Prague, Vienna, Budapest, and all of Slovakia. The prices for two-room apartments are from 890 EUR/month depending on the type and availability of the two-room apartment. Energy payments are monthly based on meters separately for the apartment, which usually does not exceed the amount of 80 or 100 EUR/month in summer, and also with heating in winter.
