PASS REALITY offers an exclusive long-term (minimum 1 year) rental for a 2-room apartment with an area of 45 m2 in a residential complex. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a cooktop, electrical pipes, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a digester. The living area with a sofa has a flat-screen TV. Access to the bedroom is from the living area and it has a lot of storage space in built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. It is possible to install an automatic washing machine there. The modern apartment is fully furnished (furniture can also be added according to availability) so that you can rent and enjoy comfort and a wide range of additional services that you do not find in classic rentals. The possibility to use the FITNESS & POOL with unlimited use of the gym at the rental price will also contribute to your comfort. This rental is also exceptional in that in the summer there is the possibility to relax at the outdoor POOL with LOUNGERS. The offer includes monitored PARKING in the area, e.g. in the garage - depending on availability for an extra fee. For a better price, you can also order regular cleaning and linen change services, taxi, hairdressing, massages. With 24-hour reception, there is a restaurant and lobby bar with the possibility of pleasant seating also on the TERRACE by the pool and in the atrium. The offer includes tasty daily meals as well as standard restaurant menus. High-speed INTERNET is available throughout the property, including the area around the pool. The apartment can also serve as a base for a business (tax deductible cost) and can be registered as an OFFICE for a company. Its attractive location contributes a quiet location with direct access to the Danube river, nearby public transport stop, and direct connection to the city highway and transport arteries leading to Prague, Vienna, Budapest, and all of Slovakia. The prices for two-apartment apartments are from 920 EUR/month depending on the type and availability of the two-apartment apartment. Energy payments are monthly based on meters separately for the apartment, which usually does not exceed the amount of 80 or 100 EUR/month in summer, and also in winter with heating.
